The Story

The story of ERA is deeply personal—because it’s the story of its founder, a woman who
embodies everything the brand stands for.

Namrata Jain.

She was the girl everyone thought had it all figured out—a school topper, a graduate from one of the most prestigious colleges-Hansraj College, Delhi University, a Chartered Accountant with a good-paying job. To the world, she was the perfect picture of a “modern independent woman,” confident and accomplished.

But beyond the accolades and achievements, her family and friends knew a different side of her—a woman who was deeply emotional, who cries randomly, and at times, is too vulnerable. Then, there was her third side, who she only knew. She was constantly juggling between how the world perceived her and who she truly was, thinking if it was all a put-on game only.

But as she stepped into her own, she began to question—why couldn’t she just be? And then it struck her: women are bold, but so is the lipstick; women are graceful, but so are the dresses; women are authentic, but what truly captures their essence?

It was this realization that gave birth to ERA.

She didn’t want to create just another jewelry brand; she wanted to create a movement—a tribute to woman who dares to live her truth, balancing her roles as a leader, nurturer, dreamer, and doer, all while refusing to be defined by any one of them.

She doesn’t just talk about the #TheEraWoman; she is the ERA Woman. And through ERA, she invites every woman to embrace her truth. Because this isn’t just her story; it’s the story of countless women who refuse to conform, who celebrate every facet of who they are.

Join her,
and let’s define this ERA together.
